In addition to a full acquisition, Chestnut Hill also facilitates Strategic Agency Succession plans where we provide back-office operations and service to existing Insurance Agencies looking to transition out of business and/or retire.

Under this model, Chestnut Hill would service the existing book of business with the current agency's brand under the Chestnut Hill Insurance Group. For example, we would answer your current phone number "Hi, this is Steve from ABC Insurance, a member of the Chestnut Hill Insurance Group." Typically, this business model would last one year and then fully transition over to Chestnut. Agency owners would have the option to be engaged as they on an ongoing basis as they desire.
